Q: My tracking number is not working
A: Your Tracking number is being updated automatically through our website and Royal Mail as soon as we print the shipping labels , however your tracking number will not be activated until after the Royal Mail van collect the days orders and scan in to the system the Manifest around 17:30
Q: I forgot to add some items to my order, how can i add them please?
A:If you have an account on our website and you have provided your real email address and mobile phone then we can add any items you wish in to your order and a payment request will be send to you.In the case you checkout as guest the easiest way will be to make a new order with the products you want to add and choose local pickup so you would not be charged any postage and leave us " SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER " where you can find it on the bottom of your cart
Q: I choose Tracked 24 shipping option,will i receive my order within 24 hours?
A:The Tracked 24 means you can track your order 24 hours and Royal Mail states can take 1 to 2 working days, however as this is a business shipping option it has priority over the 1st class parcels so 99% of the times arrives next day after we dispatch the order and so we are happy to ship your Mantis with this shipping option.
