Q: My tracking number isn’t working — what should I do?
A: Don’t worry — your tracking number is automatically generated when we print your shipping label. However, it won’t become active until Royal Mail collects and scans the day’s orders, typically around 5:30 PM (UK time).
Q: I want to add more items to my existing order. How can I do that?
A: Simply place a second order and select the “Add to Existing Order” shipping option at checkout. We’ll combine everything and ship it together with your original order.
Q: I selected Tracked 24 — will my order arrive the next day?
A: In most cases, yes! Tracked 24 usually delivers within 24 hours of dispatch, not from the time of order. Please note: we only dispatch Tracked 24 orders Monday to Thursday to avoid parcels sitting in the postal system over the weekend.
Q: When will a species be back in stock?
A: When a species is sold out, an email alert option will appear on the product page. Simply sign up, and you'll be notified automatically as soon as it's restocked!
